These terms govern your booking and participation in any Hike Scotland excursion. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund of payments made, less the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
If Hike Scotland cancels a trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Our trips take place in remote, mountainous terrain. You agree to follow your guide's instructions at all times and to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary in the interest of safety, including due to weather, conditions, or group fitness.
Hike Scotland holds full public liability insurance. Participation is at your own risk and we are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
